We continue to accept and process online orders but due to Covid-19 restrictions on road movements and the reduction in International flights we kindly ask you to anticipate delays in the delivery of orders and some stock shortages. Due to the current, massive demand, our telephones are unmanned. Please be advised that once despatched any delays on the delivery of orders is entirely beyond our control. If you require the ability to Track or Trace your delivery you must use a tracked service. Royal Mail standard delivery services are not Track + Trace. Some international orders (US, Canada, Australia etc) may be subject to a 2 week quarantine period upon arrival in country, so please allow 5-7 weeks for these deliveries. |
